3. Services

Dublin City Cab provides transportation services, including:

• Airport Transfers
• Taxi Services
• Long Distance Travel

We strive to offer punctual, safe, and comfortable rides for all our customers. However, service availability may depend on location, traffic conditions, and vehicle availability.

4. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made through our phone line at 925-999-0200 or via email at dcitycab@gmail.com.
• Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, depending on the agreement.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and other specified forms.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Failure to show up for a scheduled service without cancellation will result in a charge for the full fare.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dublin City Cab is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive to ensure timely and reliable service, delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we are not liable for such delays.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers. Any form of abusive or threatening behavior may result in refusal of service, and in severe cases, law enforcement may be contacted.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and ensure that any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Information such as names, addresses, and contact details are collected solely for booking and service-related purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California, and any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dublin, CA.
